Karen Vermaire Fox
Managing Partner & "Chief Outside-The-Box Thinker"
Karen, the Managing Partner at Quindigo Management, possesses a wealth of experience in association management. Her role involves collaborating with association boards and committees to devise and execute strategic plans. Once these plans are in place, Karen works alongside Quindigo staff and dedicated volunteers to drive organizational goals forward. Her diverse skill set encompasses membership development, website design, meeting planning, fundraising, event management, financial planning, and resolving emerging challenges.
Karen dedicates a significant portion of her efforts to The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. Additionally, she closely supports newly partnered associations, ensuring a smooth and prosperous collaboration between leadership and staff from the outset.
Prior to her tenure at Quindigo, Karen gained valuable experience working in the membership department of The Council for Exceptional Children. Her responsibilities included board development, goal setting, website design, and membership growth. She has also contributed as an 8th grade English teacher and served the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics.
Beyond her professional commitments, Karen actively volunteers in the community and serves on the advisory board of Kids Who Care. She is a proud alumna of the University of Iowa, holding a degree in English and Education. Karen is also a loving mother to three remarkable, adult children.
Shane Burton
ULI Dallas-Fort Worth & The Exchange Club
Shane is a Senior Manager with ULI DFW and the Administrator of the Fort Worth Exchange Club.
Shane Burton is a skilled Senior Executive and IT Professional with more than 20 years of success spanning real estate, information management, local government, and nonprofits. Leveraging extensive experience in designing and delivering high-performance tech solutions for the public and private sectors, she spent the last ten years specializing in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
Shane is an asset for companies requiring expert assistance with growth
management, organizational strategy, large-scale project management, or policy and procedure
development. Her broad areas of expertise include business process improvement, infrastructure development, vendor and client relations, project management, and strategic planning.
Shane has held leadership positions with Dallas County, the City of Irving, and several nonprofit boards and committees throughout her executive career. Shane now provides IT Consulting services and serves as the President of a real estate holding company.
Shane holds an Associate of Arts from Tarrant County College and a Certified Government Chief Information Officer designation. Shane is the mother of four children and two golden doodles. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, boating, and traveling.
Reilly Fox
North Texas Roofing Contractors Association & Design-Build Institute of America SW Region
Reilly is the Director of PR, Marketing, and Event Administration for both the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association and the Design Building Institute of America Southwest Region. Her role involves crafting compelling communications, overseeing brand promotion, and ensuring smooth event execution to boost the organizations' visibility and engagement.
A proud University of Arkansas alum with a degree in Supply Chain Management and minors in Marketing and Political Science, Reilly began her career as a broker for Ryder Logistics. She then transitioned to a dynamic role as the Executive Assistant to a CEO in commercial real estate, where she managed his high-profile team with flair.
As a Fort Worth native, Reilly is affectionately known among friends and family as the social butterfly—always buzzing with positivity and innovative ideas. When she’s not orchestrating events or crafting marketing strategies, Reilly enjoys hitting the beach, skiing down snowy slopes, or honing her new fishing skills. Recently, Reilly and her partner Brendan, along with their two charming dogs, Ryder and Penny, have settled into their new home in Weatherford, ready for their next adventure!
Kristen Harford
NTRCA
Kristen is the Director of Events and Education for the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, where she helps plan monthly education workshops along with their annual fundraising events. She is also the Director of Training and Education for NTRCA’s Elevate program.
As a graduate of Texas Christian University, Kristen has taught middle school English, worked in non-profit administration and focused on communication and giving in corporate public relations. She is active in her church and at her three kids’ schools.
Kristen's super powers include eagle eye editing, making people feel welcome, effective and efficient budgeting, and raising 3 amazing kids.
Abby Johnson
REC of GFW
Abby brings over 25 years of non-profit sector experience. With a background including positions like Director of Student Ministry, Director of Events, and Director of Communications, Abby is a seasoned professional with a strong commitment to community growth.
Hailing from Grapevine, TX, Abby’s roots run deep in North Texas. She holds a social work degree from Texas Christian University, reflecting her dedication to positively impacting individuals' lives. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Abby enjoys spending time with her husband, Mike, who serves as a sergeant at FWPD, and their 9-year-old son, Trent. She also finds relaxation camping as well as building her collection of Washington wines.
Rachel Albright
Partner & "Chief Technical Genius"
Rachel is a dedicated professional who has been an integral part of Quindigo Management since 2012, becoming a partner in 2017. Her expertise and commitment have played a vital role in the growth of numerous organizations in the North Texas area.
Rachel's involvement spans various prestigious organizations, including the Design-Build Institute since 2023, the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (2012-2017, 2022-present), the Tarrant Transit Alliance, where she served as the founding President from 2017 to 2022, and the Urban Land Institute (2017-2022), among others.
At Quindigo, Rachel excels as the "chief technical genius," working diligently behind the scenes to ensure seamless and efficient services for our clients. Her expertise lies in developing customized data management systems that align perfectly with our clients' unique business practices.
Beyond her role at Quindigo, Rachel has contributed her talents as a freelance event manager for various non-profit organizations, including Near Southside Inc., Cuisine for Healing, and Imagination Fort Worth. From 2013 to 2023, she also held the position of Exhibition and Performance Manager for the Currents New Media Arts Festival in Santa Fe, NM.
Rachel has had over fifteen years experience in managing live events and performances. Prior to joining Quindigo, Rachel served as a stage manager for the UNT Murchison Performing Arts Center in Denton, TX, and worked several years for Kids Who Care Performing Arts in Fort Worth, TX.
Rachel earned a BA in both Anthropology and Interdisciplinary Arts from the University of North Texas in 2011. Currently, she enjoys working remotely and resides in the picturesque North Fork Valley of Colorado with her partner Kyle and their three dogs, Luna, Jupiter, and Forest.
Shannon Christley
DBIA Southwest Region
Shannon is the Director of Chapter Operations and Member Engagement for the Design Build Institute of America Southwest Region. In her role, Shannon supports the DBIA Southwest Region’s chapters with operational, financial, and strategic guidance. In addition, she leads the Region’s educational programming—overseeing events and fostering member engagement to create a vibrant, growth-oriented community.
Shannon has over two decades of expertise in project management, strategic planning, and organizational optimization across multiple industries. From her early career in clinical research, to her later work in academia and real estate, Shannon is always looking for new challenges. Her experience includes managing clinical trials with the VA Cooperative Studies Program, leading bioengineering research teams at Texas A&M, and overseeing property management for a boutique real estate holding company.
Originally from Maryland, Shannon lives in Fort Worth with her partner Ryan and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters and three grandchildren, and she loves reading, oil painting, and sewing in her free time.
Lane Hackemack
DBIA
With a career that spans multiple industries and disciplines, Lane brings a rich and multifaceted background to her role as Director of Experiential Events and Fundraising for the Design Build Institute of America’s Southwest Region. Her professional journey began in the fast-paced world of large-scale event production, where she honed her expertise in coordinating high-profile events such as New York Fashion Week, The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, the San Francisco International Film Festival, and numerous Red Bull activations. Lane's strengths lie in orchestrating seamless event logistics, managing hospitality and staff requirements, and overseeing the design and planning process for diverse projects across industries.
After more than a decade in New York, Lane returned to her hometown of Fort Worth, where she transitioned to the non-profit sector. As a Production Coordinator and volunteer board member for several local organizations, Lane became deeply involved in supporting her community and championing causes close to her heart. This chapter in her career culminated in a significant shift when Lane chose to pursue a second career in healthcare. Returning to school, she earned her nursing degree and spent five impactful years as an ICU nurse, developing a keen ability to think critically and compassionately care for a diverse range of patients. Now, with renewed passion, Lane is thrilled to be returning to her event production roots in her work with DBIA-SW.
Outside of her work Lane loves to spend time traveling with her husband, Mike, and their two children. They have traveled far and wide in their RV and are on a mission to explore as many of our National Parks as possible (12 so far but more to come!). Lane is also deeply committed to working within the foster care system, both as a foster and adoptive parent and as a volunteer mentor to high-school age girls currently in foster care.
Allea Harris
Streams & Valleys
Allea is the Director of Operations for Streams and Valleys where she focuses on supporting both board and volunteer members, engaging directly with members, event administration, and public relations.
With over 7 years of experience in marketing and events, she joins the Quindigo team as a creative and motivated communications and event professional dedicated to building brand recognition, fostering community engagement, and organizing and executing events. Allea has successfully executed large-scale galas, meetings, corporate retreats, parties, and various other events.
She holds a BA in Communications from Lubbock Christian University, where she was also a member of the basketball team that won the 2016 NCAA Division II Championship. Additionally, she earned an MBA from Mary Baldwin University.
Originally from the DFW area, Allea currently resides in Houston with her husband, Jarred, and their 2-year-old daughter, Landrea. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside, thrifting, hanging out with her family, and playing sports.
Kelle Moulton
REC of GFW, NTRCA, & The USS Fort Worth Support Committee
Kelle is the Director of Membership at The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth and the North Texas Roofing Contractors Association. She also helps with the USS Fort Worth Support Committee.
Outside of Quindigo Management Kelle is the owner of her own photography business, Kelle Moulton Photography. She focuses on fine art. corporate events, architecture, and corporate headshots.
Her fine art photography has shown in several local galleries and most notably she co-curated an all-Woman Photography show last year at The Grackle. Kelle’s most recent achievement was receiving a 3rd Place Ribbon for one of her fine art photos from the 2019 State Fair of Texas.
Additionally, Kelle enjoys photographing corporate events, taking completion photos for commercial construction and real estate, and providing headshots for corporate professionals; as well as private milestone events. Her clients include, Cowtown Executive Association, CMAA, CREW Fort Worth, EO Fort Worth, Harris Kocher Smith, North Texas Roofing Contractors Association, The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth, The Whiting-Turner Construction Company, USS Fort Worth.

Kelle received her BS in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas. She is also the mom to 2 grown children and has called Fort Worth home for over 20 years.
